This study explores types and cases for public trust of environment promoted by non-profit organization (NPO) in Taiwan. Literature analysis is used to explore the meaning and types for public trust of environment, combined with cases study and in-depth interview to understand the current operating status and difficulties faced for public trust of environment promoted by domestic NPO, and analyzed the applied strategies. According to the results of empirical analysis, the study concluded as follows: 1. exploration of reasonable regulations from the related parties, essential condition, procedure, supervision and experience of foreign national trust; 2. analysis for the shortage of complete supporting measures and advantage incentive that may cause NPO not to smoothly promote in such difficulties, even Trust Law has been established in Taiwan; 3. well using exercisable tools based on legal public trust of environment, along with promotion of marketing strategy to achieve the most effective methods for the application of strategy for public trust of environment in Taiwan.
