題名:田徑場間歇跑步評量臨界速度之效度研究

目的:田徑場間歇跑步測驗對臨界速度(critical velocity,CV)之效度探討。方法:15名高中男性選手(年齡17.2±0.9歲、身高173.2±7.7公分、體重61.8±10.8公斤、最大攝氧量64.3±9.7 ml/kg/min、傳統CV值3.46±0.89 m/s)以平衡次序的方式,分別進行最大攝氧量(VO_2 max)、傳統跑步CV、以及田徑場間歇跑步CV的測驗。結果:田徑場間歇跑步在80% HRmax與90% HRmax下求出的CV值與傳統測驗CV值以及VO_2max間皆有相關(相關係數介於.78至.85,p<.05)。90% HRmax求出的CV值與傳統CV值間則無差異情形(p>.05)。結論:田徑場間歇跑步採用80% HRmax與90% HRmax兩種運動強度,所推算出的CV值與選手的有氧能力上具有一定程度之效度。以90% HRmax運動強度可用於CV值的實際推論。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the the validity of critical velocity (CV) derived from intermittent running tests on track and field. Methods: Fifteen senior high school male runners (age: 17.2±0.9 yrs, height: 173.2±7.7 cm, weight: 61.8±10.8 kg, V4O2max: 64.3±9.7 ml/kg/min, CV: 3.46±0.89 m/s) participated in this study. According to counter balance design, all subjects underwent VO_2max test, traditional treadmill CV test, and intermittent running on track and field, respectively. Results: There were significant correlations among CV, traditional CV, and VO_2max under the condition of CV80% HRmax and CV90% HRmax of intermittent running tests on track and field (r=.78 -.85, p<.05). There were no significant differences between CV90% HRmax and traditional CV (p>.05). Conclusion: The intensities of 80% HRmax and 90% HRmaxof intermittent running tests on track and field have validity for CV and athletes' aerobic ability. The intensity of 90% HRmax can apply to prediction of CV in practice.
