建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)為近年來在建築、土木與營造工程領域中快速發展的新技術,主要透過三維數位化模型之建構、管理與應用,對工程生命週期中的各階段作業進行各種分析應用,除對工程的實際執行有更好掌握外,更能積極整合工程生命週期中的各項作業,降低工程成本與錯誤,提升工程品質、效率與安全。近年來,國外眾多工程專案已逐步導入BIM技術,國內也於部分重大工程(捷運及鐵路地下化)逐步導入BIM技術。然而在國內外各大型專案一致朝向應用BIM技術同時,現今學術界針對BIM專案績效評估之相關研究尚未發展成熟。因此,本研究參考標竿學習(Benchmarking)及關鍵績效因子(Key Performance Index, KPI)概念,利用資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA)完成建立BIM專案績效評估初步架構。首先,本文會介紹BIM專案績效評估模型架構及內涵。其次,將說明如何將資料包絡分析法結合標竿學習及關鍵績效因子概念。最後,本研究進行有效性驗證。本研究期望所建立之BIM績效評估架構能提供各單位BIM專案從業人員未來分析BIM專案績效及標竿學習參考。
Building information modeling (BIM) is becoming increasingly vital in the management of complex communication and information sharing processes during collaborative construction projects. However, implementing new technology creates numerous challenges, including the challenge of accurately measuring project performance. Accurately measuring BIM implementation performance is necessary to facilitate early responsive action to adjust or correct project performance, increasing the possibility of successful BIM implementation. In this paper, a comprehensive performance evaluation model for BIM construction projects is proposed. First, a BIM project performance evaluation model was developed based on benchmarking and a literature review of key successful factors. Second, data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to evaluate effective performance, which included the benchmarking concept and the BIM key performance indicators. Finally, the validity of the BIM performance evaluation model was verified for multicriteria performance evaluation of BIM projects.
