探索各國的技術發展現況是重要的,而透過專利資訊衡量競爭情報,是一種實用且可行的方法。然而,過去研究利用專利衡量技術發展時,多半集中於特定產業的發展或技術移轉等相關議題,以策略群組的觀點觀測各國之競合關係與技術輪廓,卻缺乏相關的研究。本研究認為了解當前各國之技術布局並指出各國相似競爭策略的對手國有其必要性,故本文透過相似性指數、多元尺度分析與集群分析等分析,探索各國技術領域組合現狀。研究結果發現我國與中國、日本、韓國皆屬於同一個策略群組,且在半導體與視聽技術領域上皆有突出的表現。本文採用專利分析方式探討主要國家技術發展的策略群組,以提供給政府與相關決策者參考之用。
It is important to explore the technology development of each country, and measuring competitive intelligence through patent information is a practical and feasible method. Previous studies have almost adopted patent information to measure the development of specific industries or technology transfer, etc. However, there is a great lack of research to observe countries’ coopetition and technical profile from strategic group perspectives. This study suggests that it is necessary to understand the current technical map and pointed out that similar competitive strategy of the rival countries. Therefore, we use similarity index, multidimensional scaling analysis and cluster analysis to explore the current status of countries’ technical field portfolio. The results indicate that Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea belong to the same strategic group and have good performance in the field of semiconductors and audio-visual technology. This study adopts patent analysis to explore the strategic group of countries to provide some suggestions for the government and the relevant decision makers.
