The parents' perceptions about the web-based parenting information assisted their perceived usefulness attitudes toward raising young children were influenced by the multiple and interesting features of web-based parenting information, and related their perceptions about mutual sharing and discussing of parenting practices. This study examined the influencing factors and moderating effect of parents’ attitudes toward web-based parenting information by survey. The questionnaire consisted of three factors, including perceived playfulness, perceived usefulness, and information sharing. The sample data was analyzed through the structural equation modeling, testing interaction effect and statistical significance with the moderating factor by the analysis of partial least squares. The results showed that parents’ perceptions about the information sharing of web-based parenting information moderated their attitudes toward the relationship of perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness. The researcher discussed the results and conducted the implications derived from this study.
