Under the goals of improving teaching and learning environment, enforcing the industry-academy connection, and cultivating excellent professionals, the ministry of education has promoted the "Technological- Vocational Education Reshaping Project" to enhance teachers' practical experiences and students' practice opportunities. Besides, this project also encourages students to obtain the professional certificates in their fields to build the professional certificate system gradually and to shorten the gap between learning and applying. Therefore, the dignity of technologicalvocational education can be rebuilt, and talented professionals with competitive skills can be cultivated. The goal of Department of Acrobatics in National Taiwan College of Performing Arts is to cultivate acrobatic artists with professional performing skills and producing ability through its internship program. It takes a long time to cultivate a performer on the basis of a performer's seniority, mastery and mental maturity including cognition & conception of performances, and enlightenment from life and performing experiences. Therefore, for a successful pragmatic internship program school should select quality troupes for students to practice their skills on stages, also help students to prepare for the future field before they graduate. This research base on semi-structural interview and investigates what to be obtained in the internship program of the Acrobatics of the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Through the discussion on the importance of internship program to cultivate students' professionalism, the paper provides some suggestions for arranging and improving the internship program in the future.
