運動訓練是個廣為實行,但卻瞭解較少的領域,若能對教練的訓練行為有更深入之瞭解,當可協助教練改善指導及溝通技巧,創造出能激勵團隊的訓練和比賽氣候。在系統觀察工具中,教練行為觀察紀錄系統 (Coaching Behaviors Observational Recording System, CBORS) 是屬於複雜程度較高,蒐集資料多元、豐富,類目定義清楚且含蓋度廣,是一個頗佳的教練訓練行為系統觀察工具。經考察,本工具檢核教練訓練行為效能之潛能,適用於團隊球類運動訓練行為觀察,且其蒐集資料豐富,可供學術研究使用。然而,因工具複雜程度較高,編碼者需經較長時間的嚴格訓練始可上手,同時本工具對非團隊運動競賽項目的適用性仍待驗證。
The sport coaching is an area which is doing more and knowing less. If having advanced understanding of coaching behavior, we could help coaches to improve the skills of instruction and communication¸ and to create a good climate to inspire the team. In this kind of tool, the Coaching Behavior Observational Recording System (CBORS) is a high-complexity, multiple and plentiful data-gathering, and clear definition of behavior category. It’s a good systematic instrument to observe coaching behavior. After the examination, the instrument has three quality characters: to be potential to detect the effectiveness of coaching behavior, to fit the observing of team sports, and to collect multiple information for academic researches. However, for the high complexity of instrument, it should have more time to train the observers strictly. And the fitness for using in non-team sports still must be proved.
