本研究目的主要探討正手擊球採用不同出球速率來了解回擊後進球的穩定性。研究參與者計6位大專組桌球校隊來進行實驗，利用KRACK 型號V-989E桌球發球機採用不同速率的高、低進行，速率高出球速度為50m/s；速率低出球速度為15m/s，發球機送球方式來比較正手擊球後進球率的差異，來了解穩定性之結果。實驗結果顯示受試者在出球速率高受試者的擊球進球率趨勢都高於出球速率低之結果。從實驗結果發現，發球機發球速率高會使擊球進球率提高使得穩定性更好，也從中瞭解改變速率的提升來作為訓練，會使動作快速還原擊球後穩定度提高。

The purpose of this study is to explore the use of different batting speed to understand the stability of the goal after the fight back. The researchers used the KRACK model V-989E table tennis machine with different rates of high and low, the rate of high ball speed of 50 m/s; the rate of low ball speed of 15 m/s, the ball machine to send the ball to compare the difference between the scoring goal after the hit, to understand the stability of the results. The experimental results show that the subjects in the ball out of the high rate of the subject's goal scoring rate trend is higher than the ball out of the low rate of the results. From the experimental results found that the high rate of serve the ball will make the batting goal rate to improve the stability of better, but also from the understanding of the rate of change as a training, will make the action quickly restore the ball after the stability of the increase.
