近年來物聯網興起，為世界各國的產業界掀起風潮。但是物聯網的興起有其潛在的隱憂，就是隨著物物相連帶來的商機，對於隱私權的侵害，以及因物聯網興起之工業4.0與工業網路（全自動化工廠）造成對勞動力的衝擊。人們該如何面對這些隱憂與衝擊，便成為值得探究的議題。本文針對物聯網興起可能產生的商機，以及造成的社經失序進行探究，並據以提出應對之道，供業界與學界參考。
The Internet of things (loT) and the industrial internet have started since 1988. However, loT has its defects: the erosion of privacy and the impacts of the reduce of workforce along with the further development of loT: Industrie 4.0. How to face these challenges is important to discuss. This study discussed about the development of loT, the thriving business of loT, and possible socioeconomic disequilibrium. This study proposed the possible solution to the challenges.
