This research focused on the tour escort's work adjustment of Taiwan, through the one-way ANOVA and factor analysis to understand the relationship between sexes, age, education, major, type of tour leader license, registration, position, working region, years, number of times to be escort yearly, average yearly income, marriage status, financial resource and the work adjustment of the tour escorts in the Taipei region. Valid samples retrieved to 254 copies, the results of this study are as follow: firstly divided the work adjustment into 6 concepts, including "Turnover Intention", "Professional Role", "Self Achievement", "Job Satisfaction", "Working Goal", "Salary Expecting". Statistically significant difference is found with the respect to the escort's sexes, age, education, type of tour leader license, registration, position, working region, years, number of times to be escort yearly, average yearly income, financial resource, and the escort's major and marriage status do not have significant difference with the respect to work adjustment statistically.
