The purpose of this article was to inquire the teaching of problem-solving from John Dewey's viewpoints of reflective thinking, and further interpret his viewpoints. As "Preschool Practicum" be a practical course, it could initiate students to think practical problems and how to solve them through Dewey's reflective thinking. Reflective thinking is to analyze and inquire data and information, in advance to form ideas and temporary solutions. The idea is just expected answers, resolutions and a conclusion in Dewey's thought. It still requires action, implementation and experiment for idea, in order to have a clear result. It can provide some inspiration and practical teaching applications when we explore Dewey's reflective thinking.
