本文的問題意識在於，當俄羅斯受到歐美國家制裁，且東協部分陸域國家亦遭受
相同待遇，且中國大陸仍未從美中貿易戰中脫身的情況下，在俄羅斯－中國大陸－東
協形成的軸線，如若結盟對於國際政治所帶來的影響。全文採用文獻回顧、比較法進
行討論。在現今詭譎多變的國際社會中，大國之間的角力將對於區域而言，產生連動
性的影響，期藉由此文之撰寫，讓俄「中」東軸線的合作對外之可能性，做一深入性
的論述。

The problem consciousness of this article is to analyze the impact of an alliance formed
between Russia, China, and some ASEAN land countries on international politics, given that
Russia and some ASEAN land countries have been under sanctions fromWestern countries and
China is still embroiled in the US-China trade war. This article uses literature review and
comparative analysis to discuss the issue. In today's unpredictable international society, the
power struggle between major countries will have a ripple effect in the region. Through this
writing, the possibility of cooperation between the Russia-China- ASEAN land countries will
be thoroughly discussed.
