The paper reviews some of human problems on computerized information system, including the reluctance to change, , the impact of quantitative decision models, and the new factors for leadership, etc. This basic approach to solve problems should be to secure “user orientation” throughout the system development cycle; which begins with problem definition until system implementation. However, the most pervasive conditions to meet are the cooperative climate of the organization and the communication skills possessed by members of the project team. TA is recommended to improve communication. Briefly speaking, the author presents an approach that could be classified as group participation.
