題名:論運動強度、頻數與持續時間對改變心肺適能的相互影響

本文係以文獻研究法探討各家以不同的人群為受試對象和採用不同的運動處方內容進行訓練後所得的結果,藉以釐清構成運動處方最主要的條件:運動強度、頻數和持續時間等因素間相互影響的程度。另外亦配合訓練前之體適能水準與訓練期間等條件,分析其心肺適能訓練效果之可能影響。此處所指心肺適能均以最大耗氧量為代表。 在各種不同運動頻數、持續時間、訓練期間或訓練前的適能水準等條件下,研究者發現採用越高運動強度的處方對有氧能力的改善越有效;也就是,最有效的運動強度大致是最大耗氧量的90%~100%。當以不同的運動強度和不同的時間相互組合的不同運動處方探討其改善心肺適能的情形時,發現採用低強度持續三十五分鐘以上的訓練,其效果與採用較高強度但持續時間短的運動方式相似。對於訓練前適能水準較差者,每週運動兩次的頻數已足以發生訓練效果;但是最大耗氧量在50毫升/公斤/分鐘以上者則至少每週需運動三次才有效。隨著心肺適能因運動訓練而改善後,有氧能力的進步曲線就會減緩,這種情況在任何運動強度、頻數和持續時間等條件上都相同。 即使本文所綜合的文獻指出改善心肺適能的運動處方條件是以最大耗氧量的90%~100%為強度,每週訓練四次,每次持續35~45分鐘,效果最大。不過,更重要的是,低強度的運動處方仍舊有效,而且低運動強度的處方對防止一般人(即非競技運動員)發生運動傷害具有重要意義。
