The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of applying the analysis of instructional interaction on students of the course of Principle of Instruction. The main methods used in the study included references review, which examined the characteristics, status, teaching goals, concrete goal analysis, teaching outline, teaching Instruction. Moreover, the method of controlled field experiments was also used to find out the effect of analysis of instructional interaction on the teaching of the course of Principle of Instruction. The results showed that twelve conclusions with respect to theories and methods of curriculum and intsructional interaction were made according to references review. On the other hand, the controlled field experiments were found that the analysis of teaching instructional interaction could positively effect teaching abilities, teaching processes, teaching methods, and the concepts on students of the coruse of Principle of Instruction, especially, on students of Performance Group and Videotape Group. Finally, some suggestions and issues of future exploration were mentioned,
