  本研究以整合回應架構分析國際企業子公司的人力資源策略,並探討人力資源管理的各項活動在整合和回應構面上的差異性。由在台外商83家的實證研究中,發現國際企業子公司的人力資源策略,可依其在整回-回應構面上的程度,分為三種策略型態,並且其各項人力資源管理的活動分別在整合與回應構面上具有其差異性。此外,依產業別和國籍別的不同,外商在台對高階主管的本土化與「母公司社會化」亦有其差異性。 
In this paper, a framework of categorizing human resources strategy of subsidiaries in multinationals is proposed and tested. In this framework, we propose that the subsidiaries' human resources strategy is formulated by their strategic pressures fòr global integration and strategic pressures for local responsireness. The framework is then applied to a sample of 83 subsidiaries of multinationals in Taiwan to test the hypothesis generated from the framework.
