訓練是在改變受訓者,以符合工作需求之一種策略。但如果訓練不當,將使受訓者受挫折。本主探討國家訓練機構之角色與功能;含訓練之前題、訓練機構之安排、訓練之精義、訓練機構之性質與功能,最佳提出結論:訓練在解決社會與組織之問題。
Training is an activity that is a part of a strategy for change. A national training service should activity support innovations as part of the experimental ap­proach to solving social and organizational problems. This paper discusses: premises and assumptions of training, institutional trainging arrangements, nature - and function of national training organizations.
