This study aims to explore the attitudes of counselors from four different levels of schools toward the Profession Counselor Licensing System. The results of the indicate that most school counselors agree that (1) this licensing system is necessary; (2) The core courses, the practicum, and the internship which under the supervision of qualified professional counselor should be include in the basic required education of this system. However, they disagree that the basic required education could be substituted by their clinical experiences. No significant difference is found among counselors from four different levels. It is hoped that this licensing system will be established within 15 years.
