題名:建立空中學校學生中途離校預測量表之研究

空中學校學生偏高的中途離校率,是國內外各空中學校面臨的共同難題,如何降低中途離校率,以幫助更多的空校學生完成學業,也是空教從業人員應有的使命。 本文根據有關的理論、文獻和研究,設計出空校學生中途離校預測量表,以空中商專的學生為實證施測的對象,分別對全體學生、男女學生和三所空中商專的學生,發展出中途離校的預測公式。 此一預測量表與公式,可提供各空中學校參考運用,以早期發現有中途離校傾向的學生,加強輔導,協助學生完成學業。
The High percentage of dropout in open colleges is a serious problem pre-vailing both in Taiwan and abroad. It is teachers' and administrators' responsibility to find out methods to tackle this problem and to encourage students to finish their studies. Based on relevant theories, documents and studies, this article is aiming at constructing and developing a scale and formulas for predicting dropouts in open colleges. The contribution of this article lays in assisting to detect potential dropouts as early as possible so that guidance and assistance can be reached.
