題名:資深優良特殊教育教師之生涯歷程、人格特質及其相關因素之研究

     本研究旨在探究資深優良特殊教育教師個人的工作生涯狀況、人格特質、生涯歷程;再根據研究結論,向教育行政當局提供若干建議。為達成上述目的,本研究採調查、測驗與訪談方式進行。採合目標抽樣取得接受自編「資深優良特殊教育教師調查問卷」調查樣本216人,高登人格測驗人數亦同。另採網狀取樣法取得30位教師接受以「資深優良特殊教育教師訪談指引」為工具的人種誌訪談。根據問卷、測驗、訪談等資料,分從教師生涯狀況問題、高登人格量未資料、教師人格特質、教師教學生涯歷程等向度提出研究結果,並加討論。最後,循此等結果,提出提升組織運作績效、提供行政支援與暢通溝通管道、減少行政干預、多提供獎勵措施、,充實學校設施、善用即將退休之特教人力資源、提供新進特殊教育教師邁向專業生涯發展歷程之流程等多項可行建議。
