　　　　　本論文主要在探討護理學的科學哲學問題。護理學內部對此問題大致可分為經驗主義、現象學、批判理論、女性主義四種觀點，其中女性主義觀點在近年來被討論甚多，筆者乃通過文獻考察對此做出系統化探究。論文呈現了四種女性主義思想：自由主義、馬克斯主義－社會主義、心理分析、基進派，以及四種女性主義哲學：形上學、方法學、知學、科學哲學，最後則將女性主義用於護理學六方面做成哲學論述：信念、研究、理論、科學、專業、教育。
