　　　　　本論文的目的在以權力結構的觀點分析目前國內臨床心理師在精神醫療組織中的地位。本研究以問卷調查法對45位臨床心理師及62位精神科醫師進行施測，同時採用深度訪談法訪問六位臨床心理師、三位精神科醫師、一位社工人員及一位職能治療師，結果發現:在精神醫療組織中，醫師對於病人治療計畫之安排的決策權較臨床心理師為大。處在這種階層結構下，臨床心理師的工作是否能受到重視，一方面要看領導者的態度，一方面取決於臨床心理師本身是否有積極自我展現的企圖心。本研究的結果顯示:一般而言，臨床心理師的工作並未受到領導者的重視，尤以主管級的領導者對臨床心理師的重視較為不足。

　　　　　This research was aimed to examine the position of clinical psychologists in the power structrue of contemporary Taiwan psychiatric hospitals. Themethod of depth interview was adopted to interview 6 clinical psychologists, 3 psychiatrsts, 1 social worker, and 1 occupational therapist. Meanwhile, a questionnaire wasadministered to 45 clinical psychologists and 62 psychiatrists to collect the relateddata. The results showed that, compared to the psychiatrsts, the clinical psychologistsoccupied an inferior position in the power structure of psychiatric hospital. Theirdecision power for arranging a given treatment plan was relatively weak, and theircnontribution to the medical team tended to be ignored by their supervisors.
