The main of this study is to investigate the volleyball teaching system and its recognition and skills. The method of this study is documentary research and contents analysis. After careful investigating and rearranging, we got that contents of development in volleyball skill teaching should include not only ideas of teaching management and width of instructional contents' control, but also the attribution to the organization and the order of the instructional contents and strategy control. Through systematic analysis in investigation, the conclusions are as following: Ⅰ、Contents of volleyball skill learning must be based on volleyball skill construction. Alternating sports with preparation, a serial instructional contents of fundamental skills are developed. At the same time, modeled training is operated. It's from easy to difficult, single to many players together, simple skill to multiple practice of alliance and connection, and team formation of attack and defense. This period of practice, we must consider the connection between fundamental physical fitness and skills, The practice is dynamic. Ⅱ、When teaching the knowledge of volleyball, we should care about all of the following: History of Physical Education and Sports and its tendency of the future, stretching activities in each subject and basic physical fitness, principles for preventing sports injuries and management, rulers of volleyball education and refereeing corps procedures and official signals teaching.
