This survey study assess Chen-shiou Junior College students' preceptions of counseling service, counseling needs and seeking help attitude toward school counseling center, and the reciprocal relationship among these variables. 2290 samples were drawn from Chen-shiou Junior College by the ratio of 50% of each grade and department. The findings indicate that (a) students perceptions of counseling service (M = 2.87 Likert 4point scale) are close to clearness, yet not enough. It is the same to the students' seeking help attitude (M = 2.67). (b) students counseling needs by its first three priority are career planning, learning guidance and career exploration. (c) Students who are female, low grade, trade & commerce department, being to counseling center, being the center's volunteer or participating center's activities have higher perceptions of counseling service. (d) Both students perceptions of counseling service and counseling needs are significantly correlated to the seeking help attitude.
