目前我國國立中央圖書館更名為國家圖書館，無論在組織結構與人員編制上皆有 顯著不同，本個案嘗試從人力資源管理的觀點來評析國家圖書館的人事行政運作問題，籍資 使圖書館事業同道得以略知我國國家圖書館組織設計之梗概。

　　　　　Currently, the National Central Library has changed its name to "The National Library." No matter considering from its organizational structure of staff designing, it shows an obvious distinction. The case study attempts to evaluate the maneuring problem of human resources management in a national library. Hoping to widen the awareness of library professionals, the study intends to help library comrades to get a brief understanding about the organizational redesigning of the National Library.
