企業對其所賴以生存的環境與社會應採取什麼態度，社會環境的永續發展才能與企業的永續經營並行不悖，這是不是當前台灣管理教育應反省的重要課題？目前社會環境種種不永續的徵兆，有多少是企業在資源的萃取、加工生產、行銷流通過程中所產生的副產品？永續發展這個崇高理念的推展，需要一場人類生存及生活價值觀的全盤革新。台灣這麼小的「生命共同體」，企業決策選擇的後果，對社會生活、人文品質的影響，最後還是得由我們自己承受。我們除了積極建設台灣成為各項亞太營運中心，同時也必須將台灣經營成為一個「有家園生活之樂」的寶島。管理教育在這當中有其必要扮演的角色。

　　　　　 How many insustainable symptoms in the ecosystem are due to the current industrial extraction, manufacturing, distribution and consumption patterns. What kinds of new perspective do business need to make business continuous prosperity and environmental sustainable development work at the same time? Certainly, human and environmental sensitivity are two major concerns both in business practice and business education. Especially, the spaceboat are so small in Taiwan, there is no way to escape what our business community do to our environment and life quality. In order to become Asian Operation Centers for multinational corporation, we have to make sure our environment and life quality is acceptable and satisfiable as a developed nations. This paper tries to investigate how to infuse human and environmental sensitivity into management education.
