     綜觀土地使用集約化、高層化的都市空間結構,其可在有限的土地資源供給下,提供有效合理的土地資源利用型態以獲致最佳的經濟效益及環境空間品質等正面意義;反觀之,由於集約高層的開發方式將衍生環勒影響敏感性增加的負面效果。都市土地集約高層化的環境影響層面是多樣性的,惟各種影響的關鍵在於使用者心理反應的價值判斷,事實上,探索都市超高層建築對使用者行為影響是必要的。本文主要目標在評述超高層建築風環境對內、外部使用者行為影響,其目的在創立一個使用者行為影響系統整體架構及明白描述衝擊的階層系統以應用於環境規劃。本文內容包括超高層建築的定義、使用者行為、影響系統分析、空間規劃的意義、防制策略及其應用,其應可改善超高層建築地區環境品質。本文研究成果在使用者行為影響系統的涵構及其未來研究方向。
     An overall viewpoint of land use collection and high-rise tendency in urban land spatial constructure, it can be supplied a efficient and rational land use pattern to obtain the optimum benefit and environmental space quality under the limited of land resource supply. On the other viewpoint, the collection and high-rise development pattern have increased sensitivity in living environmental impact effect. The environmental impact aspect of collection and high-rise tendency is a great diversity. But the keypoint of impact effects are related to users' behavior response and value judgement. In fact, the study of focusing users' behavior effect from high-rise building is necessary. This paper mainly aims at reviewing and criticizing impact approach for the effect system of users' behavior from wind environment at high-rise building area. The purpose of this paper is to create an overall framework of the effect system of users' behavior. It describes briefly hierarchy system of impact condiction applied to environmental planning. The contents of this paper include identification of high-rise building, users' behavior, effect system analysis, meaning of spatial planning, preventive strategies and its application. It should improve the environmental quality at high-rise building area. The paper concludes with system context of user's behavior effects and its future research direction.
