都市管理決管分析能由都市管理主義涵構的批判與詮釋以減少衡突性。無論如何，都市管理者和控制者是一有用的研究面向，但它不是一個獨立的變數在都市動態系統的模型中。本文目的在於認知都市管理主義的本質，在都市社會系統向度之規劃和刺制去減少自治系統的衝擊，就如建屯都市管理之控制系統模型，藉由規劃和決策分析的過程，以增進國民福利、社會安全、財產價值和生活環境品質。本文乃提供公平的都市資源管理和皆派結構，可及性的空間系統之規劃策略。其可瞭解一個規劃制度於特別的操作結果不在於"資本的利益"，而是在"公共利益"。

　　　　　To reduce conflict form urban management and decision-making can be achived by the criticism and Hermeneutics of urban managerialism context. However a urban manager or controller is a useful research aspect, but it is not an independent variables in the model of urban dynamic system. The purposes of this paper are to recongnize the nature of urban managerialsim, the dimension of urban social systemplanning and control to reduce the impact of autonomous system, as well as to establish the model of managerial control system by planning and decision-making procession order to increase the national welfare, social safety, property value and living environmental quality. This paper provides the fair of urban resource management, and the planning Strategies of allocative structures and accessibility to spatial system. It can be seen a planning system specifically operating result, not in the "interest of capital", but in the "public interest".
