創業活動之功能在於實現杜會資源的新組合，一個國家的社會經濟能否不斷創新 與成長，創業活動居間扮演著關鍵的角色。本研究的目的在於探討什麼情況及何種條件之下 政府所輔導創業青年所創事業有可能存活下來，以作為創業者評估選定產業、地點、資金、 產品市場及資本形態之參考。分析結果發現資本形態屬獨資者，產業性質屬於服務業，創業 時資金較高者、父親職業屬企業型者，及家庭成員中有相近似之事業者，所創事業存活之機 率明顯地高於其他類型的事業之存活率。

　　　　　The function of new venture is to realize the rearrangement of social resource. The venture activity plays an important role on the social and economic creativity and growth of a country. The purpose of this study is to investigate what are the situations and criteria that achieve the survivorship of youth venture. The research results can be good indicators for new venture to select appropriate industry, site, amount of capital, market, and typology of ownership. Findings indicate that those new ventures in Taiwan with the characteristics of single owner, service industry, higher amount of capital, the owner whose father is a entrepreneur, and those who have relatives doing same business are more likely to survival than the others.
