題名:聽覺障礙個案經營動力模式探究

     本研究的主要目的是探討(1)聽覺障礙個案經營動力模式是否對不同就學階段聽障 兒童之聽覺與說話表現有所影響,(2) 此模式的三個主要成分是否恰當。聽覺障礙個案經營 動力模式之主要成分為:一、助聽器配置之恰當性,二、助聽器正確之使用與維護,三、教 導有效之聽覺說話訓練課程、原則與方向。本研究由研究者擔任個案經營者,而以 45 名學 前與國小聽障兒童做為實驗對象,研究結果顯示:(一 ) 實驗組聽障兒童在子音母音察覺、 語音類型辨識、字詞分類與字詞辨識等四個分測驗之得分皆顯著高於控制組 (p<0.05)。(二 ) 除前述四項分測驗,實驗組之學前聽障兒童在句子辨識與指認身體等兩個分測驗的得分也 顯著高於控制組之學前聽障兒童 (p<0.05)。 (三 ) 學前與國小實驗組之兒童,其說話清晰 度雖有進步,但是實驗組別與就學階段不同之聽障兒童,其說話清晰度不因動力模式而有顯 著差異。(四 ) 國小實驗組聽障兒童聲調正確次數顯著高於國小控制組之兒童 (P<.05),但 是兩組兒童子音母音正確次數之差異則未達顯著水準 (α =.05)。根據研究結果,個案經營 動力模式做了部分修正。
     The purposes of the study were to investigate (1) the effect of the proposed aural-oral case management model for hearing impaired children, and (2) the appropriateness of the model. With the researcher as the case manager, the experiment group was monitored with three major components: (1) the fitness of hearing aids, (2) the appropriateness of the hearing aid usage and mainteinance, (3) the effectiveness of the aural-oral rehabilitation, including parent education and teacher consultation. Data on auditory perception and speech production were collected from 45 children. There were significant differences between the experiment and the control groups in some subtests. Hearing impaired children did profit from the proposed model.
