     情緒是一種趨力,一種能量,具有多重指標,並且包括感官、知覺、個人經驗、 信念、生理反應以及目的。 情緒中樞的杏仁核與新皮質的互動是 EQ 的關鍵,EQ 與情緒管 理有密切的關係。情緒管理需要瞭解負面情緒對身心的影響,並且加以察覺,在預防、治療 與症候的層次加以管理。管理的策略與方法的應用,不外乎選擇新情緒,並重視身心聯結, 設定目標,付諸行動,以期更加了解自我,管理自我並更新自我,進而做個最佳表現而臻於 巔峰狀態的人。
     Emotion is the desire and the energy. It has multi-index scuh that it integrates the sensory perception, individual experience, belief, physiological reaction and intention. The interaction between the amygdala of the emotional center and the brain is the key to emotional intelligence (EQ). EQ is closedly related to the emotional management which takes the effect of negative emotions to physical and mental aspects into consideration. To be aware of the nagative emotions and to manage them from three levels such as prevention, healing and symptoms become the theme of the emotional management. To imply the strategies and skills of emotional management is to begin with choosing new emotions, integrating the mind and the body, setting plausible goal and excutig the action plan. It is to explore, manage and renovate the self that we can approach the ultimately excellence.
