財團法人中華民國國家資訊基本建設ＮＩＩ產業發展協進會於八十六年初召開產業 發展座談會，討論臺灣ＮＩＩ架構下資訊內涵(Content) 的發展與方向，在會議上各方意見很 多。本文從圖書館與網路資訊內涵發展的關係思考，就Content 產業世界發展之現況與趨勢、 Content在ＮＩＩ 架構下之定位與重要性、建立電子圖書館、Content 資源整理與建立導航、 培養電子圖書館員等方向探討，積極參與為當務之急。

　　　　　In January 1997, the NII Engerprise Promotion Association called for a series of discussions on the content development in Taiwan's NII. Issues were widely discussed. This article tries to explore some country policies in building their NII, how content be viewed in NII, digital library projects hense increadingly built, then developments in categorization and navigation to content resources, and how to build a digital librarian are issues envisioned important by the author to describe. It is the right time to actively join in the content development work.
