　　　　　資訊技術可以多方面地改變組織的產品或服務，故運用資訊技術正可以保持且提升 組織的競爭優勢。利用組織周界的變化，本研究將技術移轉的方式分為傳統類型與策略類型 兩種。傳統類型與策略類型的技術移轉各有技術移轉前、技術移轉中、技術移轉後三個不同 的階段。因為傳統類型與策略類型的技術移轉的活動內容不同，故導致所需的資訊技術運用 亦不同。透過問卷調查及其結果分析，本研究提出與技術移轉有關之資訊技術運用的七個命 題。
　　　　　In the era that information technology (IT) changes the facets of all products and services, effective use of IT can retain and improve the competitive advantages of an organization. Through the changes of roganizational boundary, this paper divides the processes of technology transfer (TT) into two types, i.e. traditional type and strategic type. The traditional type and strategic type TT have different activities in pre-transfer, transfer and p ost-transfer stages; the usage of IT is different in different TT types and stages. through the survey and results, this reserch proposes seven propositions when employing IT in TT.
