　　　　　本文建立一個市場集中度進化的動態調整模型，利用民國65年、70年、75年和 80年的全國工商普查資料，建立Panel Data，探討民國70年-75年以及75年-80年期間， 製造業四欄位產業市場結構的動態進化。有別於以往的研究，本文將長期均衡集中度水準的 改變納入考慮。除了估計個別產業的調整速度及長期均衡集中度外，文中說明了調整速度主 要係由失衡調整速度(disequilibrium adjustment)及均衡調整速度(equilibrium adjustment)二者所組成。由於長期均衡集中水準(CR)並非固定，仍會隨時間而改變，故衡 量均衡調整速度有其必要性，而且無論是失衡調整速度或均衡調整速度，都應考慮到產業特 性的不同而予以分別設定。實證結果指出:前者主要受獲利能力(PCM)及產業最小有效規模 (MESS)及市場成長率(GR)的影響;而後者則主要受產業最小有效規模(MESS)及資本需求(KR) 的影響。此外，在模型的設定上，若忽略長期均衡集中度水準也可能改變的影響，將造成參 數估計上的偏誤。
　　　　　This paper establishes a dynamic adjustment model of market concentration ratio, and uses the panel data adopted from the census surveys of 1976, 1981, 1986, and 1991 to study the dynamic evolution of the market structures of manufacturing sector's four digit industry. Different from the past study our model considers the change of long-run equilibrium level of market concentration. The adjustment speed is specified as disequilibrium adjustment and equilibrium adjustment. We also allow both adjustment speeds to vary with individual industries. Our major empirical results indicate that disequilibrium adjustment speed is influenced by price-cost margin (PCM), minimum efficient scale (MESS), and market growth rate (GR), while the factors which affect equilibrium adjustment speed are MESS and capital requirement (KR).
