人關技能攸關一人一生。本研究旨在編製一份「中學生人關技能問卷」。四十位現任中學教師,在接受本人人關技能訓練後,協助提供最常見的中學生人際互動情境,以及在該情境中具代表性的「說」、「打」、「跑」行為。本人再根據這些資訊,撰寫五十三題的問卷。歷經兩個暑期,由其他六位老師參與初試樣本(N=33)與實驗樣本(N=1.004)之施測。經題目分析後,刪除三十題,再進行因素分析,又對總分進行相關與變異數等分析,結果顯示問卷其中高信度與效度。它充分反映出本人人關理論架構,並且很敏感地區別出學校問、分班間、與學生受懲與否間的差異。
