This article explores the topic of "Establishing Learning Resources Center" from the perspective of integrated services. Based upon the current practices on university campus and the change of economical environment, the author aruges that to integrate diverse learning resources, even though organizations provide these services (e.g. library, media center, computer center), it the promising trend to reinvigorate the enterprises. In addition, the author provides some suggestions on how this idea works.
