　　　　　本研究係以問卷調查法探討某專科學校70名選修通識課程--『性與婚姻』的學生之性知識與性態度現況，同時評量教學效果及內容。於學期開始上課前及學期結束前一週上課後，分別予問卷施測取得62份有效問卷，經整理結果發現： 1. 選修『性與婚姻』課程之學生，其性知識得分於學前平均30.23，學後平均32.21，其答對率分別達62.36%及74.21%，其中『性生理』及『性變態』兩主題的認知率在60%以下，顯然其性知識不足。而其性態度之學前、學後平均得分分別為95.60及93.89，均落在中立地帶，既不會太保守，也不致於過度開放。 2. 其性知識得分前測、後測之比較達顯著差異水準（p<.01），而其性態度之前測、後測得分則無顯著差異。　 3. 學校課程或教師（75.8%）是學生性知識的主要來源，其他依序是醫學書報雜誌（67.7%）、同儕（62.9%）、大眾傳播媒體（46.8%）、錄影帶（17.7%）等，而來自父母的僅有8.0%。 最後，本研究結果提供『性教育課程』任教老師，在教學內容及授課方法上改進的參考，以提昇教學成效。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the sexual knowledge and attitude of students who elected the course of 《Sex and Marriage》 in junior college. A total of 70 students were included in this study. They had pre (the first week of the semester) and post (the last week of the semester) test with the questionnaire. All analyses in this study were carried out utilizing the SPSS/PC5. The results were as follows: 1.In general, subjects showed insufficient sexual knowledge. While the mean score on sexual knowledge of pre and post test were 30.23 and 32.21, the percentage of their correcting answer was 62.36%、74.21% separately, especially both of <sexual physiology> and <sexual deviation> of the six categories were below 60%; Also the mean score on attitude toward sexuality of pre and post test were 95.60 and 93.89, that fell on the neutral zone. It means students were neither too conservative nor liberal. 2.Statistically significant difference were found in sexual knowledge, but had no impact on attitude toward sexuality between pre and post test. 3. Concerning the sources of sexual knowledge, school courses and teachers (75.8%) were the most important sources for subjects, followed by medical magazines (67.7%), peer groups (62.9%), audio-visual media (46.8%), and tapes (17.7%). Nevertheless it was few (8.0%) from their parents. Finally, the results of this study will offer teachers whom teach sex education to improve the teaching content and methods of sex education in achieving effectiveness of sex education.
