     本研究旨在瞭解目前國中教師諮詢需求與意願及其影響因素。本研究採問卷調查法,使用分層比例叢集取樣的方式,以臺灣地區396位國中教師為樣本進行調查。研究工具包括「個人基本資料」、「控制信念量表」、「諮詢需求量表」、「諮詢意願量表」。調查所得結果分別採用描述統計、單因子多變項變異數分析、典型相關、多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析,研究結果如下: 一、國中教師諮詢意願有待提升。 二、國中輔導教師與一般教師諮詢需求與意願的認知上均有所差距。 三、女性、服務年資較淺、有接觸輔導知能相關訓練經驗、有諮詢經驗之教師,其諮詢意願有較高之傾向。 四、教師諮詢需求會影響其諮詢意願。 五、教師人格特質、諮詢需求與諮詢意願間有顯著的典型相關存在。 六、教師人格特質與諮詢需求的各層面可以有效預測教師諮詢意願情形。
