題名:如何調整運動鞋以提昇田徑選手訓練效果

     不同的運動項目由於運動型態及要求不同,所以從事不同的運動就必須穿著專項 運動鞋,以減低傷害並提昇表現,這已經是眾所皆知的了,但是在外表上、結構上一樣的市 售運動鞋都採用大量生產,不一定能符合個人的需求,忽略了每個人的腳型的特性,而這些 因素卻也會影響到避震功能及反彈能力等,甚至還會因此造成運動傷害。本文則是要以田徑 選手為對象,考慮其足型不同的特點,針對其訓練鞋、競賽用釘鞋進行調整及測試,期望能 減低因鞋類不合適而造成的傷害情形,並由於對疲勞及傷害的改善,能在訓練效果上有所幫 助。結果顯示在訓練鞋部分,運動員感覺情況很好,疲勞以及疼痛的情形已得到改善。而對 於運動員競技鞋的部分,由於競技鞋本身的目的在於求得最佳成績表現,所以儘管所替換的 鞋墊已經是較一般運動鞋墊硬,仍然因為材質過於柔軟,損失往下推蹬的力量,同時反作用 力的時間無法配合動作,造成運動員的無力感。
     Special athletic shoes are necessary for doing various sports activities, because the functional characteristics of various special athletic shoes were different due to the requirement of different activities. It is apparent that a welldesigned sports shoe which can provide protection, comfort, injury prevention and performance enhancement is essential for the sports activities. The current athletic shoes in market have similar structure and function due to the mass production which can not fit to every individual foot. Failure to meet the individual requirement of every foot may affect the functions of shoe, even cause injury. The goal of the current work is to provide a biomechanical approach to modify the athletic shoes for track and field athletes. A special orthosis was manufactured according to the athlete foot structure and inserted in the jogging shoe to. The results show that the modification of the athletic shoe can offer better protection as well as increase training quality and quantity.
