     The use of new technologies for learning has been attracting recent attention. However, the domain of physical education currently has no significant theoretical and practical perspectives from which to apply these systems in the real world setting. The theoretical frameworks on the relationship of media and physical education are first discussed. Then, the applications of new technological models on physical education arc discussed. Finally, the applications and implementation methods of instructional technology and media on physical education are discussed to provide the guidelines for designers and physical educators.
