     任何一種服務模式其效果到底如何,都需仰賴客觀而又有系統的評鑑制度才能加 以了解。特殊幼兒教育在台灣地區才剛起步,陸續已有多種模式呈現,但是較欠缺有系統的 評鑑制度。本文從評鑑之意義,特殊教育評鑑之重要性論及針對特殊幼兒教育之評鑑。並提 出對特殊教有行政單位、辦理學前特殊班之單位為因應評鑑之建議,期使台灣地區在特殊幼 兒教育建立之初即能有較為有效之成效檢核。
     The main goal of Evaluation system is to determine the service model is effective or not. In Taiwan, early childhood special education is in the first stage, it is necessary to build an evaluation system for this service. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of evaluation for early childhood special education and also give some suggestions for the office of administration and the schools which provide the service for the children.
