[目的/意義]通過國內外信息素養研究情況的綜述,梳理當前主要研究成果和發展趨勢,為文章理論研究提供支持和借鑒。大學生信息素養理論包括3個層面、9個要素和27個描述項。闡述三層面信息素養理論的要素內涵,論證其合理性和互動性,為信息素養教育實踐及評價提供指導。[方法/過程]引入學習型組織理念,實施ISO 9001質量管理,改善受眾知識結構,創新能力培養目標,注重開展文化培育,取得滿意教育效果。[結果/結論]研究結果表明,三層面信息素養理論整合了大學生的信息知識素養、信息能力素養和信息文化素養,信息素養教育成績顯著,具有重要的推廣價值。
[Purpose/significance] Through the research of information literacy at home and abroad,this paper combs the main research results and development trends,which provide supports and references for the theoretical study of this paper. The theory of college students' information literacy includes three levels,nine elements and twenty-seven descriptive terms. The paper expounds the connotation of the elements of the theory,demonstrates its rationality and interactivity,and provides guidance for the practice and evaluation of information literacy education. [Method/process] The paper introduces learning organization concept,implements ISO 9001 quality management,improves audiences’ knowledge structure,innovates ability training objectives,pays attention to the development of culture,and finally achieves satisfactory results. [Result/conclusion] Research results show that the three-level information literacy theory integrates information knowledge literacy,information ability literacy and information culture literacy. This theory could effectively improve college students’ information literacy education,and have important value for promotion.
