Base on the analysis of current information literacy education in the university libraries in Wuling Mountain area,the article points out the main problems and puts forward the collaborative development strategy:integrating the advantageous resources,and establishing the internal collaboration center and the regional sharing center,in order to promote the information literacy education in the university libraries in Wuling Mountain area and improve the information literacy of their users.
