題名:論文層面計量視角下的核心文獻價值測度與識別研究--以人工智能領域為例

[目的/意義]從論文層面計量角度出發,針對不同科研人員閱讀文獻的需求,綜合傳統計量指標和新型社媒網絡指標,提出核心文獻價值測度與識別的思路與框架,進而為領域科學研究推進、科研管理服務開展提供一定的參考。[方法/過程]將核心文獻劃分為經典、熱門和前沿三類,綜合多重指標運用熵權法和主成分分析方法構建文獻價值測度體系,并以人工智能領域為例進行實證研究。[結果/結論]實現了針對不同科研需求的人工智能領域核心文獻識別與推薦,揭示了不同類型核心文獻所屬方向、所載期刊、所選指標、時序影響等方面的差異。[局限]純粹客觀賦權法存在權重設定偶然性和不確定性的局限,需進一步改進。
[Purpose/significance]According to various reading needs of different researchers,from the perspective of articlelevel metrics,this paper puts forward the ideas and framework of core documents value assessment and recognition by integrating traditional measurement index and new social media network index,which can provide references for promoting scientific research in specific fields and implementing scientific research management services. [Method/process]"Core documents"in this study are divided into three types: classical,popular and frontier. The measurement system of document value is constructed with multiple indexes and comprehensive use of entropy weight method and principal component analysis. An empirical study in the field of artificial intelligence( AI) is carried out to test the system. [Result/conclusion]The system constructed could identify and recommend core documents for different research needs. In addition,the research directions,loading journals,selected indicators,and temporal effects of different core documents are revealed in this study. [Limitations] Purely objective weight method is highly dependent on the data features,which could result in the uncertainty in weight setting.
