[目的/意義]從多元公共行政觀角度,對澳大利亞地方政府開放數據保障機制進行研究。[方法/過程]利用文獻調研和案例分析的研究方法,以澳大利亞地方政府為例,通過對文獻資料和網站內容的調查,獲取一手資料并對內容進行分析和概括。[結果/結論]從管理、政治、法律三個方面提出我國政府開放數據保障機制的建議。
[Purpose/significance] This paper studies the guarantee mechanisms of local government open data in Australia from the perspective of multiple public administration. [Method/process]Using the methods of literature review and case analysis,the paper takes Australia as an example,to analyze and summarize the content of the first-hand materials of literatures and websites. [Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward the recommendations of the guarantee mechanisms of local government open data in China from the perspectives of administration,politics and law.
