食品質量安全已經成為社會經濟發展中備受公眾關注的問題,食品安全事件引發了消費者對整個食品行業的信任危機,食品安全既是生產出來的,也是監管出來的,食品行業的信任危機也就是對監管體系的信任危機。本文基於江蘇省568位城市居民的問卷調查,實證分析了城市居民對蔬菜產品質量安全監管體系的信任程度及其影響因素。研究結果表明,當前城市居民對蔬菜質量安全監管體系的信任度總體不高,而且情感信任程度低於認知信任程度;城市居民對蔬菜產品質量安全監管體系信任度的高低主要是受被調查者個人特徵、家庭特徵、飲食消費習慣和對蔬菜安全質量監管體系的認知特徵等方面的影響。
Food safety has become an urgent public concern in the socio-economic development.The food safety incidents often cause a crisis of consumers’ trust in the entire food industry.Food safety is related not only to food production,but also to its supervision.The trust crisis of food industry is in fact a trust crisis of the supervisory system.Based on the questionnaire survey of 568 urban residents in Jiangsu province,this paper analyzes the level of the urban residents’ trust in the supervisory system for vegetables’ quality and safety as well as its influencing factors.The results show that on the whole their trust is not at a high level,and their emotional trust is lower than their cognitive trust.The level of their trust in the supervisory system is mainly affected by the their personal and family factors,their consumption and dietary habits as well as their cognition of such supervisory system.
