文章通過問卷測量圖書館管理者的職業勝任力,對測量結果進行統計分析,對我國圖書館管理者職業勝任力進行系統的描述。研究發現:圖書館管理者合作能力較強;圖書館管理者的特殊知識與技能自我評價總體較低,但主動服務意識較強;圖書館管理者的研究能力較低;圖書館管理者對工作較為滿意,組織忠誠度較高,自我價值感較高,普遍不傾向于離職。
This paper surveys and systematically describes the competency of library managers.Results show:library managers are of strong ability for cooperation;low general self-evaluation of special knowledge and skills,but strong consciousness for active service.The ability of library managers for research is weak.Library managers are satisfied with their current jobs and committed to their institutions;they have a better sense of self-worth,thus not inclining to quit.
