文章以知名智庫為研究對象,以智庫學術內涵建設為基礎,從信息計量學視角對其學術性進行定量評價與分析。研究發現:智庫h指數在評價學術影響力時的區分度不高,配合使用智庫g指數、學術差和學術勢評價智庫學術影響力效果較好;智庫學術影響力與智庫綜合影響力成正相關關系。
This paper studies the famous think tanks of China.Based on the characteristics of the building of think tanks in terms of academic connotation and from the perspective of informetrics,it makes quantitative evaluation and analysis on its academic status by means of statistical analysis.The research findings are as follows: the discrimination validity of the h index used to assess the academic influence of think tanks is not high,but a good effect can be achieved if jointly using the g index,academic difference and academic potential to assess the academic influence of think tanks.The extent of the academic influence of think tanks is in proportion to their comprehensive influence.
