在全民健身上升為國家戰略的新時期,足球項目發展規劃和足球場地設施建設規劃被國務院列為"重點任務",其中社區足球場地成為規劃建設的重點對象。但長期以來社區足球場地僅是大型體育中心或社區公共服務設施的配套,并未受到重視,關于其規劃建設的探討目前還比較缺乏。文章通過對其發展現狀和前景的探討,認為社區足球場規劃建設正在進入增量提質的階段。借鑒英國、巴西、日本、香港、廣州等國家與地區的先進建設經驗,文章總結出6種社區足球場的主要規劃建設模式:在大型體育中心配建、作為社區服務配套、融入公園廣場、活化廢棄閑置地、利用豎向空間、開放其他公共服務單位場地,并對各模式應用進行了探討。

With the national fitness policy being further enhanced, development planning of soccer project and construction of community public soccer fields are listed as key tasks by the State Council. However, it has been a long time that community soccer field is only supplied for large sports center or community public service facilities, and has not been properly valued. Also the relevant research is still in shortage. Through the discussion of its present situation and prospect, it is believed that the planning and construction of community soccer field is entering the stage of incremental quality improvement. By learning the experience and reference from England, Brazil, Japan, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and so on, six planning and construction modes are proposed in this paper, including being equipped in the large sports center, supplied as a community service facility, integrating into the park square, activating abandoned idle space, making use of vertical space, opening sites of other public service units, and the application of these model are also discussed.
