【Purpose/significance】Under the background of"Internet + ", as one of the important social networking application, WeChat is an important platform for university library mobile service,which could better meet the readers’ growing "micro-information" cultural needs, and conform to the new environment of "Micro-era" rich media.【Method/process】Through analyzing the service characteristics, service contents and service flow of the WeChat platform, integrates the business system and literature resources of the library departments,constructs the "O2O"(Online To Offline) WeChat service mode of the university library knowledge management platform.【Result/conclusion】It will fuse WeChat and library mobile information services together organically, improve the user experience and enhance the ability of library to digitize services.
